SAC0307 is a lead-free, cadmium-free solder alloy made from 99% Sn, 0.3% Ag, and 0.7% Cu. Available in a solid 1/32" (0.8mm) diameter, 1 lb spool, it melts at just 423°F (217°C) and is NSF compliant for potable water applications. It bonds well to copper, brass, and stainless steel, delivering tensile strengths up to 4,278 psi with good resistance to vibration and stress. Also widely used in electronics for wave soldering, mixed technology boards, and rework processes.
